A fragment of a Roman sprung Dolphin brooch, dating to c75 - 150 AD. The single remaining wing appears to have been hollow. The bow has a flat back and fairly steep sides, giving it a ridged appearance. It has a green patina.

An incomplete copper alloy T-shaped Roman brooch, with a corroded hinge slot, possibly containing the remains of an iron pin. It dates from c75 - 150 AD. The head of the brooch consists of the two wings, which are circular in cross section. One wing is decorated with an incised line, running around the wing near the terminus. Only the upper part of the bow is present, which has 2 horizontal slots, leaving a narrow horizontal ridge in between. It has a darkish brown patina. Brooches of this type are commonly found in Lincolnshire.

An incomplete cast copper alloy belt mount dating c.1500-1600. It is fairly flat and is waisted. One end is trilobate with pointed terminals. On the rear face of this end is an iron rivet, approximatey 3 mm in diameter, which is still intact, albeit bent over and with iron corrosion around it. Originally thought to be symetrical, the opposite end has suffered damage, leaving broken edges. The second rivet is missing. It has a brown patina.

An incomplete copper alloy Aesica brooch dating to the Roman period (c. AD 43-75). The brooch has tubular wings at the head with a spread of 22 mm. There is a central slot through the head for the pin, which is missing. The short bow is C-shaped, with a bent arch, having a pronounced ridge.

A rather badly deformed Post-Medieval copper alloy and iron rowel spur. It is undecorated with D-section sides and a rounded rowel box projecting 14 mm from the heel. The box retains the rusted remains of an iron rowel. The stubs of small diameter iron fixings occupy a single aperture at the end of each arm.

An incomplete copper-alloy Roman brooch of the 'Hod Hill' Type, dating to AD 43-100. The brooch has one vertical rib on the bow with a transverse groove below. The foot is lozenge shaped and then tapers towards a terminal, having 2 transverse ridges with a groove between them. At the head of the brooch the is the remains of a waisted and flattened terminal,which broadens towards the top and has an offset pin slot. A cast, copper alloy, Roman hinged dolphin brooch, dating from c75 - 100 AD. Its wings are cylindrical and contain a bar for the hinged pin, which is still operative. However, the brooch is incomplete, in that the tip of the pin and the catch plate are missing. The bow shape has a dolphin profile, hence its name and there is a slight ridge running along its outside curve. It has a greenish patina, there are no signs of decoration and it remains in fair condition.

A broken and incomplete cast copper-alloy rowel spur of Post-Medieval date, probably AD 1600 - 1700. The round rowel post is slotted to receive a rowel, which is missing. The sides are undecorated and have a slightly concave profile, decreasing in height away from the rowel post. An incomplete medieval copper alloy strap end plate dating to the period c. AD 1250-1400. It is made from a single sheet of copper alloy that has been folded equally in two; a rounded section at the fold indicates where the plate would have fitted around a buckle frame. The plate is sub-rectangular in shape, viewed from the front or back and open-ended. An incomplete sub-rectangular copper alloy buckle and part buckle plate of medieval date (AD 1200-1400). The buckle has a slender, notched axis bar and a much heavier pin bar, which is worn where the pin, now missing, would rest. The buckle plate has a curled edge, where the buckle is fits and a sub-circular notch to allow the pin to swivel. The front face of the plate has a punched line pattern along the upper and lower edges. One rivet is still present.

A Medieval copper alloy bar mount, probably from a casket or chest, dating to c. AD 1200-1400. The mount comprises a rectangular bar with a D-shaped cross section. Both ends terminate in an elongated knop expanding from a D-shaped lobe, the lower one being much longer. The upper one sits above a narrower neck and is perforated, with a separate (retained) copper alloy rivet. The lower lobe has twin facets. A second separate (retained) copper alloy rivet is positioned in the lower part of the bar.

An incomplete copper-alloy strap-mounted terret ring of Late Iron Age to Early Roman date. Lewis' Type 19 Dropped-Bar Form. The terret comprises a main ovate ring with 2 stubs, where the secondary ovate or rectangular loop would have been attached. The main ring is bottom-heavy displaying wear to the upper edge.
