A copper-alloy Medieval English jetton of the 'sterling bust' series dating c. AD 1280-1340. Mernick's obv/rev type 2d.22/50. Obverse: 'sterling bust' facing, pseudo-legend of pellets around. Reverse: triangular motif with incurved sides, trefoil at centre, quatrefoil terminals to arms, crown in each angle.

An incomplete copper-alloy Medieval jetton probably struck at Tournai and dating c. 1497-1521. Obverse: IHS within inner border, MISIT DNS MANVM SVAM (The Lord sent out his hand). Reverse: short cross pattee, fleur in each angle, XPC FILI DEI VIVI MISER (Christ the son of the living, merciful God). Mitchiner 1988, no. 778. Approximately a quarter of the flan is broken away in old damage.
