A 17th-century cast copper alloy box lid, possibly from a tobacco box. Rectangular with obliquely cut corners, probable broken hinge on one end, the opposite end with rectangular recess, pivotted hook catch, broken. Held by a copper-alloy rivet.
The cast design depicts a horse and rider facing right, the rider wearing a hat with a feather behind. He holds a sword or staff in one hand. It is surrounded with foliate designs.

A Medieval to Post Medieval Venetian silver grosso agostano (1464-1506) from the Italian Republic of Bologna under Giovanni II Bentivoglio (1462-1506). The obverse depicts a lion walking left holding a staff and banner within a quadrilobe. The legend reads .BONONI [.A. D]OCET. Translating as Bologna teaches. The reverse depicts St Petronius nimbate (haloed) and wearing a mitre. In their right hand is a model of a city, in the left a crosier. The legend reads S. PETRONIVS.
