Group 4i. The object is composed of semi-cylindrical wings with outer raised collared ends with a retained rear-hook at the top of the head. The spring, pin and axis bar are missing. A complete flint Disk Scraper of Neolithic date (3450-2100 BC). The object is sub-ovate in plan and concavo-convex in section. The dorsal surface contains four predominant negative scars. The proximal edge is abruptly blunted. All other edges have long parallel flaking and semi-abrupt retouch. The ventral surface is slightly concave, the outer edges have shallow negative scars. The lithic retains no cortex and is therefore a tertiary flake. Length: 39.34mm, Width: 45.51mm, Thickness: 19.05mm, Weight: 36.0g The flint is dark grey in colour with occasional cream inclusions.
