An incomplete, copper alloy, Iron Age, brooch, 400-200BC. The object comprises the spring, head, bow and catchplate of the brooch, only the pin is missing. The Head of the brooch is formed of a four coil spring integrally cast with the bow. The spring is coiled around a copper alloy cylinder. The bow of the brooch widens to the mid-point before tapering down again towards the catchplat and foot. The catchplate remains in place and is formed of a small roll of copper alloy. A complete, cast, copper alloy, bead, possibly Iron Age - Roman in date 300 BC- AD.200. The bead is sub spherical, almost barrel shaped with a wider mid point and narrower ends. The bead is made up of 5 transverse collars separated by four incised grooves. The end collars are thin, while the next two are thicker and the final central collar is thin again, much the same thickness as the exterior ones. An Iron Age silver unit of the Southern Region / Regini, probably dating to the period c.60-20 BC. Obverse: Bust right with crescent shaped hair curls. Reverse: Horse right, pellet in ring above, pellets and broken ring in front, possible devolved lyre motif below. This coin probably belongs in Bean's (2000: p. 70) type QsT1-6 group, likely related to silver units of the Regini with lyre motif beneath the horse (e.g. ABC, p. 53, no. 650) and with distribution focusaed in southern Britain around West Sussex and Hampshire. An incomplete copper alloy, Late Iron Age - Roman brooch, 100 BC -AD.100. The object comprises part of the bow and the the catchplate of the brooch, the head and pin have been lost. The bow tapers from the missing head end down to a point at the foot. It remains a consistent thickness until it reaches the foot where it broadens to form the catchplate. The bow is decorated with a tapering recess in which are some engraved curved zig-zags. This recess terminates 27 mm from the foot, three transverse lines are engraved below the decoration, below which there is no further decoration.

An incomplete copper-alloy and iron linch pin of Late Iron Age - Early Roman date (c.100BC-100 AD). The object comprises the terminal and part of the Iron shank of the linch pin. The terminal is a crescent of copper alloy that has transverse ridges. Projecting from the middle of the crescent is the tie loop. An incomplete copper-alloy Iron Age brooch, dating from the 4th-3rd century BC. La Tene I type, see Hattatt 2000 fig.147. The surviving piece comprises the head, bow and catchplate of the brooch; the spring and pin are missing, as is any decoration of the foot. An incomplete, copper alloy, Iron Age bridle fitting, 100 BC- AD.100. The object is a copper alloy double looped bridle fitting for connecting two parts of a bridle bit. There are two now incomplete ovoid loops separated by a central disc. Both the loops have broken and lost large amounts of their frame causing this central link to become disassociated from the rest of the bridle bit. A copper-alloy object, possibly representing a harness fitting of Late Iron Age to Early Roman date (c.100BC-100 AD). The object comprises an annular ring. There are four knops evenly spaced around the ring at the cardinal points. These knops are flattened circular in shape and slightly domed, though this may be due to corrosion and wear. The central aperture is an irregularly shaped oval. The object has corroded to a light green/brown with some pitting over the surface. Length: 18.88mm Width: 19.67mm Thickness: 5.4mm Weight: 5.47g
