A complete gold post medieval to modern finger ring, dating from the 17th - 19th century. The bezel is flat and circular, and contains a separate circular disc that turns round. On one side is depicted a coat of arms; this has a rectangular section at the top of the shield, it has red staining inside suggesting it was originally a red colour. An incomplete copper alloy strap mount or fitting, dating from the post medieval period, 1500-1800 AD. The mount is circular and domed. In the centre of the dome is a raised five petalled flower, with a circular centre. Surrounding this are raised spirals projecting from a circular border, inbetween the spirals are traces of yellow and white enamel. A complete but broken copper alloy dress hook or hooked tag dating to the early post medieval period, Class E, type 3 dating from 1500-1550. The main body of the hooked tag is circular shaped and convex on the front of the plate, the central part being domed. A complete copper alloy rotary key of early-medieval date, Winchester type 2. It has a circular bow, with a smaller circular suspension loop on the outer edge sitting at ninety degrees. An incomplete copper alloy Roman pin of Cool Group 6, with a button and cordon head dating to 50-150 AD. The pin has a button shaped knob head with two grooves cut into the top of the shank underneath the head. The shank then decends and narrows, before ending in a slightly curved and worn break. The shank is circular in cross section. The pin measures 27.6mm in length, 7.9mm in width, and weighs 2.00g. Cool 1990, page 158, number 3.

An incomplete post medieval silver buckle dating from c.1720 to 1790. The buckle is rectangular with rounded corners, the buckle doesn't sit flat but arches slightly. Two moulded curvilinear lines run around the edge of the frame, curving in at the centre where the spindle attached on both sides. On both sides of the outer frame are two semicircular projections, sitting lower than the frame. A copper alloy medieval strap-slide dating from c.1350-1400 AD. It is rectangular in shape, the front bar is slightly recessed and rounded, and has an oval knop in the centre. This is decorated with cross hatching. The rest of the frame is flat and rectangular in cross section. The rear bar has two circular rivet holes for attachment. The frame has a dark green patina, and measures 29.9mm in length, 21.8mm in width, and weighs 4.78g. A similar strap-slide can be seen in Read 2001, page 31, number 226.

A complete copper alloy unlooped palstave axehead, dating to the middle Bronze Age, 1500-1400 BC. The palstave is rectangular in shape with a central stop ridge which is worn on both sides. A copper-alloy post-medieval D shaped double looped buckle, dating to c1550-1650. The frame has six moulded knops on both outer edges of the frame, set in groups of two. The inside edge of the frame and the pin bar is bevelled, the pin bar is sub triangular in cross section. There is a knop at either end of the pin bar, which has traces of iron staining. The pin is now missing. The buckle has a dark green patina, and measures 39.2mm in length, 35.6mm in width and weighs 10.22g. Similar buckles can be seen in Whitehead 1996, 63.

A lead/tin alloy post medieval button dating from the c.17th century. The button head is discoidal in shape and domed, with a central pellet projecting slightly. On the reverse there is a circular looped shank, this has a light green patina suggesting it is copper alloy. It measures 12.6mm in diameter across the head, and 8.2mm in length. It weighs 2.85g. A fragment of a copper alloy Roman brooch of rosette type, dating from the 1st century AD. The fragment consists of part of the plate and catchplate of the brooch; the pin and spring are now missing.
