A post medieval copper alloy cufflink dating to c.17th century. The cufflink is discoidal shaped, with the rim curved back towards the reverse. On the front of the cufflink is raised decoration depicting two crowned twin hearts, enclosed in a circle (Lewis, Type A). On the reverse there is a semi circular hoop with part of the attachment wire looped round. (Lewis, Form 1). The cufflink has a dark green patina, with patches of dark red brown. It measures 16.6mm in diameter, 3.9mm in thickness and weighs 1.19g. Similar cufflinks can be seen in Lewis 2013, page 5.
