A worn silver Roman Republican denarius of uncertain moneyer, possibly dating to the period c.140-130 BC (Reece period 1). Obverse: Helmeted head of Roma right, uncertain legend or control mark behind head. Reverse: [R](OM?)[A] / [...], Quadriga right, wheel behind, uncertain figure riding. Probably mint of Rome. Cf. RRC p. 278, no. 248 for a similar obverse and reverse combination. Diameter 18 mm, Weight 3.2 g
