A fragment of a drop handle from an Medieval copper alloy vessel, dating from c. AD 1300-1500. The handle fragment has a large zoomorphic terminal. A very similar handle was found in excavations in London (Egan 1998:175) with a date of 14th to 16th century suggested. A Medieval copper-alloy strap-end dating from AD 1350 to 1450.  This is a composite strap end with forked spacer. The strap end has two outer plates sandwiching a forked spacer. The spacer has a decorative knop in the form of an acorn with a narrowed collar below where it joins to the integral arms of the spacer. Thre are three rivets spaced equidistant along the length ot the strap end and a concave attachment edge.
