A Post Medieval ceramic porringer handle dating from the 17th century. The handle is in biscuit ware and of openwork design. It has nine lobes, with an outwardly pointing heart-shaped hole at the centre. The handle would have formed part of a tin-glazed delftware porringer with one flat handle, a similar complete example can be seen in the Museum of London's collection (acc no. A4399).
