A copper alloy pin with zoomorphic terminal dating from the Early Medieval period, circa AD 700-800. The pin is complete, with a long tapering shaft with a pierced terminal, possibly in the form of a boar or bear with a rounded ear and long pointed snout. The head is flat and shows the animal in profile. The head is tilted back slightly with one of the upper corners containing the ear and the opposing corner with the snout.
