A ceramic fragment of Roman colour coated ware beaker 'hunting cup' possibly from the Nene Valley, dating AD 100-350. The sherd includes part of the band of barbotine decoration on the exterior surface depicting the hunting scene. This fragment shows the front legs and shoulders of a dog in profile running left, presumably part of a bigger scene of a hound chasing a hare. A complete Post Medieval cast copper alloy adjoined cuff link fasteners dating AD 1750-1900. The cuff link consists of two oval discs with a wire suspension loop shank in the centre of each reverse, and a copper alloy wire link holding the two discs together. An incomplete post medieval copper alloy animal collar from Southwark dating AD 1765. The collar is a flat rectangular strip with a remaining length of 177mm (as one end is now missing). The width varies slightly as it is 15.5mm at the complete end but closer to 14.5mm at the width nearer the missing end. The thickness of the metal is 1mm and it weighs 25g. An incomplete Post Medieval cast lead alloy military button of the 60th (Royal American) Regiment of Foot dating from AD 1757-1815. It is an open-back coatee button with a convex face and a crowned 60 within strap reading HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE clockwise from 6 o'clock to 6 o'clock. There is no back mark and the iron shank is now missing. This regiment became the Royal American LI 1815-1824, before becoming Duke of York's Own Rifle Corps and then the KRRC 1830-81. A complete post medieval copper coin of the province of Friesland of the Netherlands valuing one duit and dated AD1668. The obverse depicts the Arms of Friesland: a crowned shield with two lions passant. The reverse depicts fleural decoration with a lion rampant at 12 o'clock and reads FRISIA 1686 on two lines. There is evidence of gilt (or a layer of gold coloured alloy) remaining on both sides.
