A complete medieval or post-medieval hammered or cast copper-alloy book clasp. The clasp is flat and roughly rectangular narrowing from a wide attatchment end toward the hook end. The object is bent to a 90 degree angle twice along its length fom post depositional damage. At the hook end of the object there is a pair of rectangular lugs immediately behind the blunt rectangular hook which is folded underneath. A worn enamelled copper-alloy heraldic horse harness pendant of Medieval date, c. AD 1270-1400. Description: The pendant is of quatrefoil / quatrelobed form with an angular knops between each lobe. Taking up much of the centre is a shield of arms displaying the royal arms of England consisting of three lions on a field of red (heraldically:Gules, three lions passant guardant). An incomplete tinned copper-alloy roman disc brooch with peripheral lugs. Dating to the second half of the 1st century AD, likely originating in the upper Rhine Valley (Modern Switzerland). Description: The brooch is flat and circular with peripheral lugs, most of which are missing or remaining only as a stubs, 3 remain intact (8 originally). Description: The button is biconvex and hollow, with a central boss and ovoid openwork decoration on the front and oval openwork decoration on the back. A pair of Early Medieval (early Anglo Saxon) copper alloy tweezers dating 5th - 7th century. The tweezers are made from one sheet of folded copper-alloy with flared and in-turned nibs. The surface has been polished and this remains apparent on tapered end and for the tip of the wider end. It has typical dark and light green patina for a copper alloy object with some ferrous oxide staining also present. Object consists of a thin flat faced bar 31.74mm long 4.22mm high 1.83mm thick, which widens towards the centre with an oval hole through it. The bar has a large triangular shaped piece of decoration resembling either feathers or a scallop shell project away from the bar, 9.39mm where it joins the bar, 22.80mm wide at the bottom, 15.64mm high and 3.5mm thick. The dolphin has an arched back and a curving, forked tail and remains of a small hook likely for fitting the object to a larger whole projecting just past the tail.
