Coin exhibits evidence of heavy striking via ghost of reverse on obverse and obverse legend appears to exhibit spelling mistake die errors..

An incomplete cast lead medieval inscribed pilgrim's badge.
Description: The pilgrim badge is flat and appears to have been lozenge shaped originally although a number of hexagonal types are known and cannot necessarily be discounted. The object has two primary fields. The outer border with an inscription divided from a decorative inner field by a raised border. The decorative field appears to show a bishop, mitred with a transverse crozier or sceptre held centrally on the figure. An incomplete cast copper-alloy double loop treapezoidal 17th century buckle.
Description: The buckle is a flat and roughly symmetrical with a hour glass shaped openwork plate. The plate is roughly divided into two sections of similar shape. The buckle has a central double looped trapezoidal shaped frame with flanking openwork elements formed from two circles either side of a square.
