Description: The weight is discoidal with two iron stubs embedded in the centre of the top, the top is slightly dished producing a sight rim. There is also a slightly raised diamond shape at the middle of the dish shape. The bottom is unfinished. A worn cast gilt copper-alloy annular brooch Medieval date c. 13th-15th century AD. Description: The brooch has a lozenge-shaped frame and a D-shaped cross-section. At one corner of the brooch is a pin constriction around which hinges a separately cast gilt copper-alloy pin with an oval shaped section and tapers to a sharp point with a collar immediately prior to the suspension loop. An incomplete ceramic hand made crucible. Description: The crucible is missing at least its upper section if not its middle section also. It has relatively straight sides narrowing to a very thick bottom. Where visible and not covered by concretion, a vitreous later or adhering metallic slag the fabric is very porous and rough, with various small inclusions. Much of the surface has been heated so intensely that part of the inside and outside have vitrified. A lead ingot of probable post-medieval date. Description: The ingot has a plano-convex discoid shape. The upper surface is smooth but lightly concave and the bottom flat.
