A cast composite two-piece lead/tin-alloy button with a separate embedded drawn wire shank, dating to the 17th or early 18th century. Description: The button is convex discoidal front and a concave reverse.It has a raised floral decoration on the front consisting of 8 outer petals and 4 internal flowers. The wire shank appears to be copper-alloy. The button is slightly warped. It has a dark-grey colour. Measurements: 15.56mm in diameter, 12.61mm in height and 3.64g in weight. Discussion: Similar examples are illustrated by Read (2005, 79-82) nos.356-341.

A worn Post-Medieval copper-alloy eight resellado maravedis 'cob' coin probably of Philip IV (AD 1621-1665) or Charles II of Spain (1665-1700). The coin is a crude sub-rectangular shape. The obverse and reverse are very worn. Mintmark: circle over M. Probably mint of Mexico city. Uncertain Assayer. The coin's weight indicated it is a reweighed or 'resellado' coin though no countermark is visible Measurements: 20.20mm in diameter, 2.39mm thick and weight: 4.84g

A worn and incomplete post-medieval lead-alloy four-part alnage bag seal of 1 half d from the reign of George I dating to the period 1714-1724. Description: The seal consists of disc 2 and disc 3 of a four disc seal. The other two parts are missing and the breaks appear to be old.Obverse head of George I facing right (no surrounding legend is visible). Reverse: unicorn ducally gorged rampant, 1 to left and ½ to right. A heavily worn post-medieval lead kosher seal. Description: The seal is circular in shape, with a central rivet it holdin git togehter and a connecting tab at one edge connecting the two discs. There is an indistinct inscription on the central rivet perahps the hebrew word כּשׁר translating as 'Kosher', this is surrounded by an inscription, the only visible section remaining *ש. A serrated flint implement of early mesolithic (c.9000Bc-8000BC) or Early Neolithc (c. 4000bc-3300BC). date. The flint took is roughly triangular in shape with a rounded bottom and has short scaled low angle retouch along one edge. The bulb of percussion is low and not pronounced suggesting soft hammer production. The flint is transluscent brown through to dark brown in colour. Measurements: 62.72mm long, 19.69mm wide, 5.76mm thick and 4.91g in weight.

A handmade probable compacted bone ash post-medieval cupel, of 16th or 17th century date. Description: The cupel is roughly circular in plan and is very thick. It has a lightly dished upper surface and a flat bottom, the upper rim of the dishing is heavily abraded. The bottom is however obscured by a heavy white concretion that maybe the remains of litharge (lead oxide) used in the cupellation process. The cupel has a hard grainy grey fabric. A fragment of green glazed ceramic post-medieval vessel, possibly a 16th or 17th century porringer executed in red Border Ware "Guys Ware" Description: The fragment represents part of the upper body and rim of a vessel. The handle is complete but very stubby and has a splayed trifoliate shape. Description: The sherd is made from a buff fabric with black sandy grit speck inclusions throughout.
