A highly worn copper-alloy contemporary copy of a nummus likely that of Constantius II (AD 323 - AD 361) c. AD 355-61 (Recce period 18). Reverse type illegible but likely fallen horseman with FEL TEMP REPARATIO legend. This is a very tentative identification by the National Finds Adviser.
Measurments: 12.66mm in diameter, 3.39mm thick and 2.65g in weight

A copper-alloy nummus probably of Constans, dating to the period AD 348-350 (Reece period 18). Probably Radiate phoenix reverse. Mint: probablly Trier.
Obv. Diademed and draped bust right. Leg.: illegible but porbably '[DN CONSTA-NS P F AVG]'. Rev. Radiate phoenix standing left on mound of rocks. Leg.:[FEL TEMP R]EPAR[ATIO],
Coin is slightly abraded and quite worn and corroded which obscures much of the detail.
Measurements: 17.13mm in diameter, 2.6mm thick and 3.02g in weight.
