A Medieval to Post Mediveal copper alloy probable cauldron or skillet leg, or similar. The leg is cylindrical in overall shape with an oval section. The foot splays out at a slight angle. The leg is undecorated and unevenly cast. There are two rectangular indentations on one side of the leg, towards the top. The leg may have been cast as a new replacement leg for a cooking pot, hence the 'hand-made' appearance. The item has a smooth dark green patina.

A Post Medieval copper alloy two piece hollow button, of 18th or 19th century date. The button is circular in plan and has an ornate sextfoil decoration on the front. The back face is plain and convex; at the centre is an integral circular attachment loop. There are possible traces of giling on the front of the button.

A Post Medieval copper alloy tinned or silvered livery button. The buton is circular in plan and has a slightly convex front face. The front bears a central design, now unclear due to wear; the desgin is probably a heraldic animal's head, possibly a lion's head left. The back is plain and there are the remains of an integral attachment loop at the back. The button braodly dates from AD 1750 to 1900.

A Post Medieval to Modern seal matrix, possibly made of pewter. The base of the matrix is circular in plan; the integral handle has four sides which extend to a tear shaped knop. The knop has a circular perforation for attachment. The design of the seal matrix is an ornate foilate design, which may possibly form a monogram. The seal probably dates from the mid 18th century to the early 20th century.

A Post Medieval copper alloy hooked clasp or eye fastener of 17th century date. The front face is convex with a moulded relief scallop shell design. There are three integral attachment loops; one at the top of the shell, the other two are placed at each side of bottom of the shell. There is a rectangular attachment loop at the bottom of the fastener.The fastener is Read class A type 6. See Read (2008) page 174 No 657 and 659 for similar examples. The fastener probably dates from AD 1600 to 1700.
