A copper alloy pastry jigger dating from the post medieval period. Only the forked attachment and the wheel survive, with the handle missing. The wheel is openwork with four radiating struts and a serrated edge, and is well worn on one half. The attachment arm is bent on one side and is attached to the jigger via a copper alloy rivet. The teeth are arranged in groups of three which is a slightly unusual feature. The surviving part is 55.1mm long, 9.1mm wide, 6.4mm thick and weighs 13.1 grams. The wheel is 30mm in diameter.
