A cast copper alloy variant of an early Anglo-Saxon disc brooch. The flat circular brooch measures 27.7mm in diameter, it is 3.8 mm thick and weighs 7.17g. It has a central raised circular border with a further less well-defined raised circle within. Inside this is a convex oval decorated with two small circular depressions and a slightly protruding area to one side. This resembles a face. A cast copper alloy small long brooch of Early Medieval date. The brooch measures 73.82mm in length, 22.72mm in width and 17.06mm in depth. It weighs 13.91g. The brooch's head-plate has a convex upper edge with a small semi-circular knop which protrudes from the centre. Below, the side edges each have a large semi-circular cut-out creating small arms below; each of the arms has a V-shaped notch at the outer edge. A cast copper alloy continental plate brooch of early Roman date. The brooch is in the form of a twelve pointed star. In each point of the star two motifs alternate, depressed circles with central rivets, and fern leaves made up from incised lines. These are arranged around a larger concave circle, again with a central rivet. The rivets would have held bone discs in place, although all are missing from this example. Part of one of the disc depression is damaged and one leaf tip has also broken off the brooch. Traces of tinning or silvering can been seen on the front of the brooch. On …

A cast copper alloy annular brooch with inscription, probably dating from the thirteenth or fourteenth century. The diameter on the brooch is 22.65mm, the ring is around 4.7mm wide and it is 2.7mm thick. It weighs 5.74g. The ring narrows to accommodate the pin, which is 22.18mm in length. The loop of the pin is quadrangular with rounded corners and it has a slight collar. It then tapers to a point. A cast copper alloy brooch of Colchester derivative, Polden Hill (Mackreth Group 5, flat wing ends ,Western Group), cf. Mackreth 2011, 5.c. Plate 50, probably of late 1st -early 2nd century AD date. The axis bar is accommodated behind the semi-cylindrical wings, which have closed ends. The spring is threaded around the axis bar and its chord is held in an upper hole through a crest which protrudes from the centre of upper face of the wings. The pin is missing.
