A fine to medium grained sandstone pebble which appears to have been used as a whetstone, but also has areas of pecking. It is an unusual shape for a whetstone and was possibly originally intended to be a polished stone implement such as a battle axe, but was left unfinished and then reused. There is some damage on one face. Dimensions: 93.61mm by 73.95mm by 46.43mm Weight: 500g
