?RB AE twisted wire bracelet fragment, bent length (approx.95mm long, unbent) of circular-sectioned wire with two further twisted strands wrapped around it. The inner strand has a flattened rectangular section. The outer, a complete and separate expanding fastening, is now pushed inwards on itself so that the unwound central section stands out as a loop. It is similar to but wider than the inner twisted strand, and changes to a circular section three revolutions before it reaches the central unwound part. Copper alloy purse bar, LMMC Type B8 (1967, Fig.52), double bar with flattened conical terminals. The uppermost horizontal bar is slightly shorter than the lower (and in this case is broken with one terminal missing) and has a central flat pendant rectangle from which projects a circular-sectioned vertical bar, upon which swivels the horizontal lower bar (length 80mm) pierced through its flattened rectangular central section (recessed at lower edge), secured by with heavy rove at its terminal.

Incomplete & abraded small copper-alloy bell with remains of iron clapper, perhaps a dress fitting. Conical with circular base and convex sides, surviving height 28mm, diameter. approximately 20mm. At the apex an incomplete flat-section lug or handle has three curved cut-outs, one of which (at one side) looks intact and is three-quarters circular. The uppermost one may be incomplete and originally for suspension. No parallel example has been found, but in terms of size and general form it is closest to Roman bells of the 1st century AD, which tend to be circular and with convex sides…

Part of a rectangular lead plaque with inscription on both faces. 20-21mm wide & at least 39mm long, one end curled over & finishing in a ragged break. The inscription is inscribed in a cursive hand. On one face there are three lines of Latin text, with an initial cross & other crosses between words. The other face carries four lines of less firmly inscribed & smaller letters.
