A copper alloy pin of ring-headed 'swan neck' type, dating to the Early Iron Age, c. 600 - 400 BC. It is rather bent and measures 54.76mm in length and weighs 3.67g. The top of the pin resembles an S in shape, with an oversized top loop returning to touch the near side of the bottom loop. The ring-head measures 12.08x11.22mm (internal 7.34x6.54mm). The pin shaft is circular in cross-section becoming more D-shaped around the circumference of the pin head. An incomplete copper alloy Iron Age (400-200 BC) La Tène I type brooch, missing its pin and lower bow. It measures 46.33mm in length, 15.50mm in max. width and weighs 8.33g. Three coils survive, as well as the chord passing above (which has broken but is complete). Inside the coils is a short length of copper alloy axis bar, the ends of which are slightly expanded to stop the coils slipping (5.7mm and 4.6mm, respectively). A Late Iron Age/ Early Roman (AD 1-100) La Tène III Nauheim derivative brooch of 'Winchester' type, measuring 39.82mm in length and weighing 4.19g. The head consists of three spring coils 8.05mm wide, the central one of which extends into the pin which is now bent to follow the line of the bow. The chord curves underneath the top of the bow (3.19mm). The bow is flat and undecorated and projects forwards from the head, turning at its widest point (6.24mm) to narrow and drop to the foot, 0.87mm wide. The catchplate extends behind 9.48mm and 5.50mm high. Cf. Hattatt (2007) p. 291 fig. 150.

An incomplete Late Iron Age/ early Roman (AD 25-60/70) copper alloy strip bow brooch, missing part of one wing and axis bar, the pin and lower bow and catchplate. It measures 42.60mm in length and weighs 2.2g. The wings span 15.76mm, although the damaged wing is missing part of its length as well as its curl to the reverse. The surviving wing curls backwards to enclose the iron axis bar (now filled with corrosion). Between is a slot for the pin. The bow below has a slight curve but is otherwise straight. In shape the mini terret is curved and ring-like on one half and an inverted-V shape on the other half. A hoard of four Late Iron Age objects discovered close together, consisting of a dangler, a section of knobbed bracelet, a strap union/ junction and a plain harness ring. 1) An incomplete Late Iron Age/ Early Roman (100 BC - AD 100) dangler, measuring 33.78mm in length and weighing 31.93g. The shank measures c.8.3mm in diameter behind the openwork circular head, becoming oval in cross-section before the broken loop 7.49x6.88mm. The loop has a 8.69x11.28mm collar.
