A complete post-Medieval cast copper-alloy rectangular double-looped buckle (AD c.1570-c. 1700) The frame has two rectangular loops of similar size and all edges on the upper face are bevelled internally and externally. The bar is triangular in cross-section with a wrap aroung pin. The buckle had a darkish green patina. The buckle measures 22.5mm long, 21.4mm wide, 1.8mm thick and weighs 3.1 grams. Similar buckles have been published Whitehead (2003) p75, refs: 457-459).

An incomplete Medieval to Post Medieval cast copper-alloy double-looped oval buckle frame (c.AD1350-1650). The buckle frame consists of two sub-oval loops, which are bevelled on the inside; there is a narrow central strap bar. The frame is flat on the reverse and the strap bar is sub-triangular in cross section.The pin is missing. The buckle had a mid green patina. It measures 23.4mm long, 19.4mm wide, 3.6mm thick and weighs 2.7 grams. Similar type buckles can be seen in Whitehead (2003) pp53.

An incomplete copper alloy Post Medieval double loop buckle dating from c. 1500-1650. The loops are D shaped, the edges are bevelled. The narrowed pin bar is triangular and extends beyond the loops on each side ending in a knop. The buckle has a mid green patina. The buckle measures 38.5mm in length, 34.3mm wideand 3mm thick. It weighs 8.3 grams. The buckle is similar to one in Whitehead, 1996, p54, no.303.

An incomplete copper alloy Post Medieval strap fitting or belt mount, dating to AD 1600-1700. The mount is sub triangular shaped with rounded edges. one rounded edge has a raised collar between it and the body of the mount. The surface is coroded. On the reverse there are two integral lugs, one is broken The other lug bend inwards towards the other one. The mount has a brownish green patina. It measures 25.3mm long, 9.8mm wide. It is 2.1mm thick and it weighs 1.8 grams. Similar fittings can be seen in Read (2001), pp 35-37.

A cast copper alloy handle attachment lug from a chafing dish of Late Medieval or Post-Medieval date (AD c.1400-1600 AD). The lug is sub-oval in plan and sub-rectangular in section with a flared collar at one end beyond which is the stub of a circular rivet which would have attached to the vessel wall. The oval faces have a hole drilled through them to hold the handle. It measures 22.8mm long, 14.9mm wide, 8.6mm thick and weighs 13.7 grams. The foot is D-shaped with with worn 'toes' on the front, it widens and projects slightly forward from the collar to the base. There is a raised transverse collar separating the leg. An early post medieval copper alloy dress hook. AD c.1500-1650. Read's Class E Type 3. The object is sub circular, with moulded relief and openwork, with a rectangular loop attachment at the top of the plate. The central part of the plate is lozenge shaped, and seems to have a pinecone or pineapple motif in the centre. There are four circular perforations on the right side, two large two small which is also mirrored on the left side. An incomplete Post Medieval cast copper alloy double-looped buckle (AD c.1550-1650). The frame is bevelled on the front and flat at the rear. It has two oval loops which possibly has moulded rosette decoration on the outer edge of each loop. The strap bar is narrowed with a lobed knop at either end. The pin is missing. The frame is a greenish grey and has traces of a black lacquer. The frame measures 48.1mm long, 28.5mm wide, 2.2mm thick and weighs 7.2 grams. Similar type buckles can be seen in Whitehead (1996) p.66.

An incomplete Medieval to Post Medieval cast lead alloy circular unifaced token (AD1250-1850 ). Powell type 30.The token has a design of numerus randomly spaced raised pellets on the obverse and a flat, undecorated reverse. The token measures 18mm in diameter, 1.8mm thick and weighs 1.93 grams. Lead tokens had a wide variety of uses and were made locally; they are therefore hard to date precisely and could be Medieval or Post Medieval in date (1250-1850 AD).

A complete cast lead alloy circular uniface token, probably dating to Post Medieval period (AD.1550-1800 ): Class Powell Type 2. One side the token has the raised initials H with a raised pellet on the cross bar. The other side is undecorated and flat. It measures 19.6mm in diameter 1.7mm thick, and weighs 3.36 grams. Lead tokens had a wide variety of uses and were made locally; they are therefore hard to date precisely. Those with initials are generally thought to be Post Medieval in date, AD1550-1800.

A complete but worn Medieval (AD 1150-1500) copper-alloy, rotary key. The openwork bow is circular and flat on both faces. It has an outer diameter of 12.4mm with the inner hole of 7.45 mm diameter. The shank is oval and mainly solid but is hollow at the simple bit end where the key is slightly bent. A complete sub-spherical fired clay bead of probably of late iron age to late Roman in date. (100BC-AD450). The bead is circular in cross section and slightly flattened top and bottom with a circular hole 3.3mm in diameter running through it. It is fairly soft fired and a brownish orange in colour. The bead measures 11mm in diameter, 5.3mm thick and weighs 1.12 grams. Due to the plainness of this item it is hard to suggest a date but finds from the local area suggest a Roman date. A similar type bead can be seen on the data base SOM-2D565A.

An fragment of a copper alloy Roman brooch, probably part of a Langton Down brooch, dating to the 1st century CE. Only part of the bow remains, with the distinctive vertical grooves. See Hattatt 2000, pg 306, no 770. The fragment measures 29.1mm long, 8.5mm wide on the bow. It is 1.1mm thick; 3.2mm thick with remains of the catch plate. It weighs 1.31 grams.

The front surface of the brooch is flat and has a narrow raised rim, inside of which is a trace of blue enamel. A small part of the rim is damaged.
