A curved body sherd from a post-medieval stoneware Frechen Bartmann jug (16th/17th century AD). The internal surface is light creamy grey in colour. The outer surface is decorated in relief, on a mottled brown glazed. On this sherd is the majority of a sub-oval roundel within the field of which is a shield of arms, probably fictitious.
It measures 50.6mm long, 29.3mm wide, 7.5mm thick and weighs 14.5 grams.

A fragment of Medieval-Post Medieval Tudor Green border ware, dating AD 1350-1550. This is a body sherd, formed of a light red clay. The fragment is covered in a mid-green glaze on one side. There are wheel marks on the inside of the vessel.
The sherd measures 64.8mm long, 36.5mm wide, 11.5mm thick and weighs 37.25 grams.

An incomplete clay pipe of Post-medieval date, AD.1650-1690. All that remains of the pipe is the incomplete bowl which is small and bulbous. The rim is damaged. There is a small pointed foot beneath the bowl with no discernable makers mark and the tube has been lost to an old and worn break. The circular hole through the tube is slightly off-centre and measures 2.9mm in diameter and would suggest a rough date of c.1670 AD. A fragment of a Medieval-Post Medieval bartmann vessel, probably a jug or pitcher, dating AD 1485-1714. Only part of the handle of the vessel remains with a small section of the main vessel. The ceramic is light grey with a salt-glaze slip covering the outer surface only, which has a mottled brown colouration.
The fragment measures 54.9mm high, 35.8mm wide, 13.9mm thick and weighs 48.1 grams.

A Post Medieval rim sherd dating to c. AD 1600-1700. The sherd is of dull reddish oxidised fabric proberbly from a large pot. It has a greenish brown glaze on the inside. The outer surface of the rim and underside has no glazing and is plain. The sherd is reddish brown in colour.
It measures 42.7mm long, 86.5mm wide, 9.7mm thick and weighs 71.7 grams.

A worn lead-alloy two disc cloth seal of probable Post Medieval date (c. AD 1600-1700). The seal is complete, though worn and is formed from two circular discs joined by a rectangular rivet or tag of lead, which was then folded over the edge of cloth, so that the discs and decoration aligns. One surfaces are very worn. One with possibly a basket decoration. The other has a possible port-cullis. The seal has a light grey-white colour overall. It measures 15.6mm in diameter and 2.9mm thick, with a weight of 4.4 grams.

A Medieval cast copper alloy button (AD 1400-1500). The button is plain, biconvex in shape. It is solid with a seperate shank with the remains of an iron loop which is now missing. It has a pitted greenish patina.
The button measures 12.4mm diameter and weighs 9.78 grams.
Similar type buttons can be seen in Egan and Pritchard (1991) page 275.

A Medieval cast copper alloy single loop strapend possibly from a tensioners buckle. AD c. 1300-1500. The Strap end is plain and consists of one sheet of metal folded creating two plates and riveted once in the middle at the opposite end from the missing buckle. It is unrecessed in the area that is would have wraped around a buckle or strap bar. One plate is slightly narrower near the rivet. It has a greenish brown patina.
The strapend measures 32.2mm long, 13.9mm wide, 5.5mm thick folded and 1.42mm thick indiviual sheet. It weighs 10.4 grams.

A complete worn cast copper-alloy crotal bell of Post Medieval date c.AD 1600 - 1800. The bell comprises two hemispherical domes divided horizontally by a circumferential ridge. The upper hemisphere has two circular sound holes one of which is enlarged through damage. A square suspension loop with an oval-shaped hole is attached to the apex of the upper dome. The lower hemisphere has a long, thin sound slit with circular holes at the ends. The inner iron ball or clapper is in situ. The upper and lower hemispheres are undecorated.

An incomplete Post Medieval cast copper alloy single loop sub rectangular buckle dating to c AD1500 - 1650. The buckle has an extended rounded front which is D shape in section and is decorated with two curvilinar lines along the front outer edege. One at the top and one at the bottom.There was possibley a design between the two lines but this is no longer visible due to wear and corrosion.
