An incomplete cast copper-alloy mount dating to the Post-Medieval period, c. 1600-1750. The mount takes the form of a Tudor rose, with moulded floral decoration on its outer surface. The mount has two fixing lugs on the back both of which are damaged. The object measures 21.45mm in diameter, is 2.2mm thick and weighs 3.6 grams.

A Medieval cast copper-alloy single loop buckle with buckle plate, c. 1300-1500 AD. The buckle is sub-rectangular in plan with expanding outer edge. The front edge is recessed. A cast copper alloy late Medieval or post Medieval annular, double loop buckle frame. AD 1350-1650. The frame is bevelled both inside and out. There is no visible decoration. The pin bar is sub-triangular in section. The pin is missing. The overall condition is poor with corrosion with a dark greenish patina. The buckle frame measures 35.9 mm diameter with an overall thickness of 2.8mm and weighs 8.3 grams Similar examples can be seen in Whitehead (2003) p.44.

The outer edge is decorated with three incised lines forming a pin rest. There are possibly two further incised lines, one each end of the outer edge. A Medieval incomplete cast copper alloy single looped buckle. (AD. 1300-1500) The buckle is rectangular with bevelled edges. There are two damaged sheet metal copper alloy pins wrapped around the strap bar. The buckle is mid greenish brown with traces of a white metal on the buckle frame. The buckle measures 16mm long 27.8mm wide, 3.1mm thick. The remains of the first pin measures 23.1mm long with second pin 8.6mm. The buckle and pins together weigh 6.4 grams. A similar type buckle can be seen in Whitehead (1996) p26; ref. 126.

A Medieval to Post Medieval cast copper-alloy double-looped oval buckle. (c AD 1350-1650). The buckle consists of two sub-oval loops, which are bevelled on the outside edge. There is a narrowed sub triangular strap bar which still holds the wrap around copper alloy pin. The buckle and pin are a mid-greenish grey in colour. The buckle measures 36.2mm long, 25.1mm wide, 2.5mm thick and weighs 5.7 grams. Similar type buckles can be seen in Whitehead (2003) p.53.

A Medieval cast copper alloy single loop rectangular buckle. (AD.1350-1400). The pin is missing. The outer edge of the frame is widened and decorated with up to five transverse grooves running from the front to the back. The middle groove is larger acting as a pin rest. The rectangular sides each have two casting spurs, one near the outer edge and one near the strap bar. The strap bar is recessed. It is a darkish green in colour. The buckle measures 15.3mm long, 15.7mm wide, 2.6mm thick and weighs 2.2 grams. A similar item can be seen in Whitehead R. (2003) p.27 ref 135.

A small cast copper alloy Early Bronze Age developed flat axehead, probably dating to between 2200 -1500 BC. The axehead has a narrow round-ended damaged butt, which widens into a sub-triangular axehead in plan, with very worn dual-facetted flanges. The blade-end is wide and convex, but not crescentic with pointed ends, like other types from the same period. The blade-end has a pointed oval cross-section, whereas the body of the blade is facetted, creating an elongated hexagonal cross-section; the butt is sub-rectangular in cross-section. A corroded and slightly damaged late Medieval to early Post Medieval cast copper alloy sewing-ring. AD1450-1550. At the base of the sewing-ring is an incised narrow band. The sides of the thimble are slightly tapered towards the open top. Above the band at the base, sub-circular indentations have been manually punched into the surface in a spiral around the circumference of the sewing ring, forming seven tiers. The indentations go into the damaged top. It has a corroded brown patina. It measures 14.2mm high, 0.5mm thick and weighs 2.18 grams. (Holmes: Data sheet 9 fig.4).
