Copper-alloy early medieval hooked tag. Anglo-Saxon ype, of ninth to eleventh century date. Sub-circular in form with two projecting knops for attachment. There is a flared collar between the plate and the hook. The upper surface is decorated with incised dots that form two lines running up the centre. There are other lines which run parallel to the sides. Similar to Read 2005, no. 126 but with more of a flared collar and a less evenly rounded plate. 21.49 x 11.94 x 0.73mm, 0.65g.

Copper-alloy post medieval sword belt fitting, probably of sixteenth- or seventeenth-century date. Cast, as one piece with moulded relief and engraving. the plate has a central circular hole with rivets at both ends, one of which is largely intact. Both sides have circular cusps with trefoil and bifurcate knops. The attachment end's edge is cabled. It has been broken off where the toggle bar would have been attached. The shank is somewhat off-centre but is part of the same casting as the head. the shannk is rectangular in section and the stem is only slightly narrower than the loop, tapering to its narrowest where it joins the head. The shape is quite a neat and well-rendered trapezoid, being slightly wider at the top than base. It is rectangular in section and has bevelled edges on the top that give it the appearance of a bar mount. Held in place with an intact rivet with oval head. Copper-alloy medieval to post-medieval mount. Rectangular in shape and tapering slightly at one end, retangular and slightly convex in section. Pierced with an intact iron rivet at the central point. Along the long sides are two curved indents. On either side of these are further curves which cut into the upper surface, creating a chamferred effect. At either end are triangular notches, two at the wider end and one at the narrower. Dating is uncertain but is likely to be late or post-medieval.18.88 x 6.84 x 1.04, 0.72g.

Copper-alloy medieval Strap End. Composite strap end with a (now absent) spacer visible in the residue of the solder that attached it. Formed of two sheets, the lower of which is broken at approximately half of its length. 'tongue-shaped' and tapering slightly towards the point, which has a rounded trapezoidal knop. Secured by two intact rivets which flank a circular hole. Decorated with bands of zigzags parallel to teh ong edges with two wavy bands of zigzags between. Very similar to Egan and Pritchard 1991, no. 670. Dating to medieval period, 1300-1500. 48.30 x 18.94 x 4.59mm, 7.54g.

Only two survive, the others (one at the front and one at the back) are broken off at their base. Between the arms is a tri-lobed fleur on both sides. Pin is still intact and is narrow and circular in section, except where it surrounds the attachment bar where it is flattened and rectangular in section. The brooch is decorated with twelve raised areas on the outer surface. These alternate between undecorated and rocker decoration. The reverse is undecorated and smooth. Copper-alloy medieval buckle. Broken buckle frame of Meols type 2. 'D-shaped' form with an offset bar that has been broken off. Outer/upper surface is decorated with incised wavey lines. The knops at either end of the bar appear to be decorated with small incised straight lines. There is evidence of gilding over the whole object, or perhaps just within the incised decoration (where it survives). Somewhat similar to Egan 1991, no. 277 but without the pin notch and more elaborately decorated. 18.32 x 29.30 x 2.83mm, 2.76g.

The plate is folded and is rectangular on one side but narrows in a triangular fashion on the other side. there is a rivet hole on th rectangular plate but the triangular one is broken before the end where the hole would be. The frame is 'D-shaped' but slightly unusual as it curves inwards a little at the mid-point of the 'D'. The pin is broadly triangular, tapering to a fine point from a wide base.
