There is an incised inscription running around about two-thirds of the inside of the hoop. It reads 'Godly loue cannot remoue', all letters in lower case italics, apart from an initial upper case letter 'G'. The inscription terminates in a stamped maker's mark, possibly an upper case letter 'C'. A damaged and incomplete copper-alloy post-medieval buckle plate. The plate was formed of one copper-alloy sheet, cut and bent over on itself. It is broken in half, at the point where it would have looped round the buckle frame. From the broken point it continues with plain rectangular tabs on either side before narrowing to a waist of 7.7mm. The squared off terminal is flared out at 11.9mm wide. A damaged and incomplete cast copper-alloy mount, possibly a propeller shaped belt stiffener of late Roman date. The mount consists of a central circular element (diameter 16.4mm) flanked to one side by a sub-rectangular tab. There is a transverse break at the circumference of the roundel where a possible equivalent tab might have emerged. A post-medieval cast copper-alloy (latten) spoon bowl, detached from the stem following old damage. The bowl is sub-oval with a wider, more squared off end near the stem (the shoulders) and fairly straight sides. There is a maker's mark of I spoon R?, punched on the front of the bowl near the stem. This latter has been broken at its junction with the bowl. There are extensive traces of a white metal coating on the bowl's interior. A small circular cast lead-alloy button of post-medieval date. The concave back has an integral shank (broken before the loop) and a line from the mould. The convex upper surface has raised decoration with a pattern of small pellets depicting a double six-petalled flower with a raised dot in each petal and a central dot. A similar button has been recorded on this database, ref. LON-F18AB7, with another example published in Hume (1969, 89; Fig. 22), described as late 17th century.

A post-medieval copper-alloy fragment consisting of the neck and goad from a 17th-century prick spur. The goad is of elaborate quatrefoil shape as is conventional on these spurs, known as 'Scotch spurs' (Ellis 2002, 8-9; refs. 27, 28). The lobes of the quatrefoil are closed, rather than being openwork, as with no. 28 quoted, ESS-DAC0C3 and NMGW-69B4FE recorded on this database. A clipped post-medieval silver Irish sixpence of James I (AD 1603-1625), First coinage, initial mark bell, minted at Dublin, AD 1603-1604, Spink 6514. One edge of the coin has been bent up and the other down to create an S-shaped profile. Coins modified in this way are often referred to as 'love tokens'. The coin is very worn and may have been deliberately smoothed.

A cast lead-alloy cap from a post-medieval powder measure (c. 17th century). It has slightly flaring sides from top to bottom, at one point now squashed inwards, giving a sub-circular base which is open. Where the sides meet the top there are two attachment loops, one on each side, both squashed down against the sides. The top is slightly recessed at its circumference with low concentric ridges suggestive of a centring process. A seam is prominent on the side. The handle is formed from a hexagonal cross-sectioned stem that terminates in a faceted cone at one end and is broken at the point it begins to flare into the spoon bowl at the other. Engraved on the exterior in two lines is the inscription in capital letters: * RETORNE TOO // * HVGH * PORTMAN. Dimensions: It is 9.3mm in diameter (7.4mm internally), 4.2mm high, 0.9mm thick, and weighs 0.82g.
