Treasure case 2013 T308: Not Treasure and returned to finder A gold finger ring (posy ring), D shaped in section with a flat inner side. There is an incised inscription running around about two-thirds of the inside of the hoop. It reads 'Godly loue cannot remoue', all letters in lower case italics, apart from an initial upper case letter 'G'. The inscription terminates in a stamped maker's mark, possibly an upper case letter 'C'. This coin is concreted to what appear to be two other coins below it, both in varying states of repair following probable heat damage. The dimensions relate to the widest point and thickness of the whole group, as is the weight. The uppermost coin is c. 16.2mm in diameter, but has not been able to be identified.

A rim sherd probably from a glazed post-medieval open vessel, such as a large dish. The piece is now an irregular quadrilateral shape with a light-orange colour through the core to the external surfaces. The rim is everted and a thickened wedge shape. The body has a soapy feel with some micaceous inclusions. There is some dark-green glaze surviving internally within parallel radial grooves, the remainder of deep sgraffito work. The sherd has received some sooting to its external surface at one corner.

A copper-alloy uniface weight for a noble. The weight is circular and flat with a raised design on one side only. The design is of a facing ship with fore and aft castles. It is 16.9mm in diameter, 4.1mm thick and weighs 6.28 grams, 96.9 grains. The metal is pitted in places, especially on the lower surface. A full weight noble would have weighed 108 grains between AD 1412 and 1464 (Withers and Withers 1995, 68); the earlier noble had a higher mass.
