A complete harness pendant set of medieval date, about AD 1100-1300. The pendant is broadly circular, with a convex front with traces of gilding. The reverse is hollow. A long integral attachment loop projects upwards at the apex; it is at right angles to the pendant. There is a transverse ridge on the front at the junction of loop and plate. The pendant suspension mount is circular, convex at the front and was also gilded. The lid is hinged and would originally have been attached to the outer case of the set, and it retains its hinge-lug, though this is now broken through. An incomplete early post-medieval lead-alloy spoon (c. 16th century, probably later 16th). The spoon has a pointed oval shaped bowl and a hexagonal stem; the stem terminates in a 'seal top' knop. It is now damaged, and bent, with repairs by the finder, including a sleeve that holds together the broken stem, and glue reattaching two parts of the bowl that had become separated. An incomplete cast copper-alloy door or window latch in the form of a long-beaked bird's head (c. 17th-18th century). The object has a curved beak section divided from a rectangular plate by a moulded collar. The head is decorated with an incised oval eye, and a curved line down the centre of the beak.
