A complete Medieval to Post Medieval cast lead alloy circular unifaced token (1250-1850 AD). The token has a single raised pellet in the center on the obverse and a flat, undecorated reverse. It measures 17.24 mm in diameter,3.18 mm thick and weighs 4.7 grams. Lead tokens had a wide variety of uses and were made locally; they are therefore hard to date precisely and could be Medieval or Post Medieval in date (1250-1850 AD).

A complete Cast lead circular token. The obverse of the token has the letter GS stamped into it, the reverse is blank. It is 15.47 mm in diameter, 1.21 mmthick and weighs 1.6 grams. Lead tokens had a wide variety of uses and were made locally, they are therefore hard to date precisely but those with initials are thought to be Post Medieval (1550-1800 AD) this token possibly comes from the later part of this date range.

An incomplete Medieval (c. 1350-1400) buckle: The copper alloy frame is an elongated trapezoid. The most narrow edge would be the strap bar. The opposite edge, on the upper face, has a small notch. This edge is the widest and the side edges taper slightly towards the strap bar. The surface of the frame has a mid green-grey patina. It measures 15.31 mm long, 15.54 mm wide and weighs 1.5 g. An incomplete Medieval copper-alloy composite buckle with the remains of an integral forked spacer (c. 1350-c. 1450). The plates, pin and most of the spacer prongs are missing. The oval frame is convex at the front, flat at the rear and is bevelled internally at the front and rear. The outer edge is slightly pointed. There is a hole to accommodate a pin-loop which is filled with corroded iron. The incomplete prongs are abraded at the breaks. An incomplete cast copper-alloy double loop buckle frame dating circa 1650AD - 1720AD The frame is oval in shape and has a bevelled inside edge. The buckle is missing its pin. The buckle frame measures 17.96 mm in length , 15.58 mm in width, 2.14 mm thick and weighs 0.9 g. It is similar to no. 278 and no. 279 in Whitehead 1996, p. 48.

A cast copper-alloy key of probable early post-medieval date. It has a kidney-shaped bow with two internal projections opposite the connection with the shank. A solid oval shank with three collars is connected with the bow. The central collar is a barrel moulding while those flanking it are smaller. The shank has suffered an old break before the bit. It is 21.49 mm long, 16.50 mm wide and 3.93 mm thick; and weighs 1.8 g. Several similar keys are illustrated in Read's 'Metal Artefacts of Antiquity' (2001, pp. 67-8, 73, fig. 47).

An incomplete copper-alloy buckle of Post-Medieval date, c.AD 1575 - 1700. The buckle is a double looped asymmetrical shape with moulded decoration on the loop. The outer edge of the rectangular loop bears six lobed knops and two further knops are also present at symmetrical points on the outer edge. Lobed protrusions also project from either end of the strap bar. The pin no longer remains. The metal has a dark brown patina and is worn. The token is divided into eight segments with raised lines and has a pellet in each segment; the other face is undecorated. The token measures 17.46 mm in diameter, 2.51 mm thick and weighs 2.7 grams. Lead tokens were easy to produce and widely circulated; they appear in the Medieval period and those with simple designs continued in use throughout both the Medieval and Post Medieval period. Therefore, a general date of c.1250-1800 AD is suggested for this token.

A complete Medieval to post medieval cast copper alloy double loop buckle, AD.1350-1650. The loops are oval with slightly widened outer edges. The buckle has bevelled sides to the outer frame and strap bar; the frame widens from the front to the back. The pin is still in place and made from a piece of folded copper. The frame measures 39.00 mm in length and 27.61 mm in width and is 3.27 mm thick. It weighs 9.3 grams. Whitehead (2003) illustrates a similar buckle (page 53, No.294) which he dates to c.1350-1650 AD
