A snapped flint blade of later Mesolithic date (4000 -3000BC). The blade is irregular in shape with a rounded distal end and broken terminal at the proximal end. The dorsal face has a small area of cortex present. The striking platform and bulb of percussion are lost through snapping at the distal end.
