One ceramic body sherd of Medieval date. The fabric is a hard, reduced brown at the core with a mid-orange on the exterior on both outer faces. Temper includes frequent, very fine sand. The exterior does not appear to have decoration or any glaze. Due to the small fragment size it would be too difficult to determine the size of the original vessel. The sherd measures Length: 31.87 mm, Width: 20.5 mm, Thickness: 5.77 mm and Weighs: 4.7 grams.

The base sherd of a glazed earthenware vessel of later medieval or post medieval date (1400-1700). It is irregular in shape and made of a hard earthenware. The vessel would have been wheel-thrown. This is apparent due to the central raised point on the glazed surface and the covex profile. A dark brown coloured glaze has been applied to one surface of the shard which is now irregular due to corrosion. The opposing surface is unglazed. The sherd measures 35.6mm length, 24.9mm width, 8.1mm thick. The fragment weighs 9.7 grams.
