A cast copper alloy vessel fragment in two pieces. Part of a vessel wall and rim, probably from a large vessel such as a cauldron. The rim is plain and slightly everted with a low internal bead. The interior surface is worn and smooth. The exterior of the vessel is scored, probably as a result of the manufacturing process and also sooted.

Complete cast copper alloy vessel. The vessel has a bulbous rounded body and base , a narrow neck, a collar at the rim and asymmetrical open handles. The mouth opening is sub-circular. The handles have differently sized sub-circular apertures and are D-shaped in cross section. The handles are attached at opposite sides to the collar at the rim and extend downwards to join at the base of the neck.

1] The fabric has a reduced grey core with orange-red oxidisation on the margins. Tempered with abundant fine sand. A fragment of stabbed strap handle from a jug. Weight: 13 g
2] The fabric has an oxidised pink core with orange margins. Tempered with abundant fine sand and occasional iron-rich pieces. A grooved handle from a small jug. There are traces of yellow-green glaze in the groove. Weight: 21 g
Both sherds are abraded.

One sherd of Medieval pottery. A sherd of unglazed earthenware. The fabric is reduced grey-brown at the core with orange-red oxidisation on the internal margin. It has a poorly sorted mixed temper including fine sand, pieces of white quartzite ( up to 2 mm) and calcareous pieces. The rim from a small, hand made jar. The rim is inturned. The sherd is very abraded.

Four sherds of Medieval externally glazed earthenware. The fabrics are oxidised buff and tempered with abundant fine sand. The exterior surfaces are glazed with a mottled green lead glaze with occasional brown patches. Three are thin walled body sherds from jugs, one has two decoration of two girth cordons. The fourth piece is a fragment of more coarsely tempered drawn strap handle with three grooved on the upper face.
