An incomplete copper sheet Buckle plate. Comprising two rectangular sheet metal plates joined at the centre of one edge by a single circular sectioned rivet. Both plates are undecorated and have a remnant of a notch where the buckle pin is articulated.The plates are slightly bent out of shape.They were originally attached to buckle DOR- A17BD8.

An incomplete copper alloy single loop buckle with a separately applied folded sheet metal plate.The rectangular buckle frame has a sheet metal roller on the outer edge. The short sides of the frame are slightly out-curved and rectangular in cross section. The bar at the rear is recessed to accomodate the sheet metal plate. An incomplete copper alloy single loop buckle with forked spacers for the attachment of a composite rigid plate (separately recorded as DOR-A1D3B3). An oval frame with a pointed lip in the outer edge and bevelled edges. The bar is off-set and slightly constricted to accommodate the copper alloy pin. An incomplete possible zoomorphic mount. At one end is a flat, trefid terminal with a central circular attachment hole retaining a long, circular sectioned rivet. An incomplete copper alloy bow brooch. Probably a Colchester derivative. The pin is missing. The wings are flat and open and probably housed an integral coiled pin mechanism. There are traces of iron corrosion product at the rear of the wings. The bow projects downwards from the wings and tapers to a corroded and bent foot. At the foot is a small remnant of a catchplate.

A copper alloy cast spherical bell (also known as crotal or rumbler bells). The bell is divided into two hemispheres by a girth ridge. The lower hemisphere has the remnant of a long aperture with rounded ends. One side is broken. The upper hemisphere has two circular holes, one on each side. A copper alloy pin from a large annular framed buckle. The pin only remains. The pin is rectangular in cross section and tapers to a rounded point. On the upper face of the pin towards the attachment end is a raised rectangular area decorated with four transverse grooves. The attachment end is broken but was originally hooked to go around the frame of an annular buckle.

A copper alloy thimble. A small domed thimble. The top is smoothly domed and does not have a tonsure (an area bare of indentations). The body is circular. The indentations are small and circular; they have been applied in vertical rows over the whole of the exterior surface, all the way to the base. The lower edge is slightly damaged and there is a small hole part way up the body. The method of manufacture is not clear.

Copper alloy folding strap clasp. A rectangular frame with slightly convex sides and a ridge near each corner. There is a rectangular folding end at the outer edge of the frame (the frame has been recessed to accomodate it). At the end of this is a rectangular bar mount with bevelled edges attached to it by a single central rivet. The opposite end of the frame is narrowed and recessed, probably for the attachment of a folded sheet metal plate, now missing.

A cast copper alloy double loop buckle frame. The frame has two oval loops with a flat back and beveled inner edges. One loop is damaged at the centre of its outer edge and appears to be almost worn through. The centre bar is narrowed from the frame and has a rectangular section. The pin is missing, but there are traces of iron corrosion product on the centre bar, possibly from an iron pin.

A copper alloy strap fitting. A belt or strap mount with two integral rivets at the rear. The plate is a stylised quatrefoil comprising a sub square body with four reularly spaced small round-ended projections. The integral rivets have both been bent over in the same direction, one is complete the other is broken. There are traces of an incised line decoration on the front of the plate.
