A complete Post Medieval lead-alloy shirt buckle, dating AD 1689-1694. The buckle is heart-shaped and is surmounted by a crown, which is decorated with the laureate and draped busts of William and Mary facing each other - William on the right and Mary on the left. The inner and outer edges of the frame are lower than the central section, which is slightly raised around the whole frame. There are two attachment holes, one of which has been broken through to the edge, a central hole within a punched ring, and four punched dots seemingly without rings, three of which have penetrated the thickness of the metal. Roughly triangular fragment of a Roman copper alloy plate brooch of uncertain, probably Continental, type. The transverse break may not ancient, but that which removed the flapped-over part of the catchplate probably is. The catchplate rises from the centre not from one side. On the abraded front face there are signs of a circular motif, apparently a ring-and-dot, near the pointed end, and of a line of transverse engraved dashes following both sides. Weight 0.6g. Extant length 16.5mm. Width 8.9mm. Thickness 0.7mm, at the catchplate 6.8mm. Mid 1st - 3rd century.

The main body is amphora-shaped with a central round hole within a punched circle and with a rounded lobe at the outside edge, but it lacks lateral loops or "handles". The strap was attached by means of a loop which survives as the stump of one side. Weight 3.2g. Extant length 37.7mm. Width 13.8mm. Thickness 1.1mm (terminal lobe 1.6mm). 3rd - 4th century.

Object is a complete, cast, copper-alloy lobate early medieval sword pommel dating to approximately dating from c. AD 900 - 1100. The pommel is hollow with a curved base; it has five moulded lobes arranged in a triangular form with the outer two on either side increasing in height towards the central lobe each separated from its neighbour by a groove. Object is a incomplete copper alloy, cast mount of unknown date. The mount is a 6 point star shape and is 3d in plan on the obverse, and is concave on the reverse with a small circular lug in the centre. The arms of the star are slightly off centre, it is unknown whether this is because the object has been damaged or if this is a fault in the cast. It has a green and brown patina.
