Copper alloy Post Medieval button. Biconvex openwork head with six evenly spaced sub-triangular voids in each half aligned across an unpierced equatorial band. Flattened oval shaped shaft pierced by a circular hole at the attachment end. Central pimple at the apex. This type of button is illustrated by Read (2005, 30, no.93) and given a late 15th to 16th century date.

A post-Medieval lead alloy ?uniface token (1500-1850). Powell Type 20. This token has a raised design, similar in style to a merchant's mark or monogram. It consists of ligated letters, possibly 'I S' or 'S I'. The rear face appears to be plain but may have had a design before becoming worn. The token is buff. Diameter: 15.0mm. Weight: 2.87g. Incomplete Roman copper alloy Colchester Derivative Hinged brooch with the pin, the lower end of the bow and all of the catchplate missing. The wings are engraved with a single groove at the outer ends and a long oblique groove. The upper end of the bow is decorated with a saltire and a short median rib above transverse mouldings, below which a median arris runs to the non-recent break. Mackreth 2011 CD H 8b. The highly distinctive short median rib can be seen on ibid. pl. 60, nos. 2652, 2658 and 11552. Wingspan 33mm. Length 23mm. c.65 - c.125 AD.

A complete probably Medieval to Post-Medieval lead weight decorated on the obverse with initials set in sunk relief (AD c.1200-1700). The weight is heptagonal with minor irregularities. The sides are irregular with four being straight and three sloping slightly inwards from the reverse side. There is a sunken circular area in the middle of the obverse side containg the letters MB with the right leg of the M and the straight bar of the B being joined. Copper alloy circular plate brooch that has a large raised central cell that would have contained either a black glass conical gemstone as is the case with GLO-D087E2 or enamel. On the top of the surrounding plate is a low raised band that runs around the middle and a second raised band that runs around the edge creating the effect of two concentric recessed panels both of which are decorated with a line of angles lines at the base and retain traces of its original gold gilding. The reverse has the mounting for the pin which are now truncated and the catchplate.

A copper alloy Roman initial T-shaped brooch. Tubular wings hold the pin axis bar, there is a slot in the centre of the wings at the rear for the pin, but only the top of the pin remains. The wing and bow are undecorated. The lower part of the bow is missing resulting in the loss of the foot and catchplate.

A copper-alloy fragment of a Roman brooch, probably of the Colchester Derivative type, dating to AD 43-120. All that remains is the foot of the brooch. The back of the foot has a triangular catch-plate, which is pierced with a triangular hole and has a forward curled rear edge which is partly broken from an old break. A fragment of an Early Medieval (Saxon) small-long brooch dating from about AD 450 - 550. The remaining portion consists of the head and most of the bow. The edges of the head are heavily chipped and abraded and the original shape, probably rectangular, is now lost, as is any decoration. In the centre of the reverse is a flat, projecting single pin lug. The pin is missing but a lump of ferrous corrosion suggest that it was made of iron. An incomplete copper alloy Roman disc brooch from the second century, circa AD 80 - 250. It is a British plate brooch, of enamelled flat disc type. The brooch has a disc of reserved metal at the centre, surrounded by a sunburst or star design of nine arms, each with a rounded end. This is recessed for enamel which is missing.
