Medieval copper alloy trapezoidal buckle frame with a narrowed bar, a rounded knop at each corner and a shallow moulded pin groove between two low ribs. Cf. Whitehead 2003, no. 165. For an example complete with plate see WAW-598805. Length 14.5mm. Width at the bar 16.5mm, at the outside edge 24.7mm. Mid 13th - 14th century.

Incomplete medieval copper alloy buckle: oval frame with an offset, narrowed bar projecting very slightly at the sides and two ribs marking a pin rest in the centre of the rounded outside edge, a strip pin and a fragment of a probably rectangular folded sheet plate. Frame length and width 12.8 and 20mm. Width of plate 10.5mm. 13th - 14th century.

Trefoil shaped front part of a medieval sheet copper alloy buckle plate broken at the fold and in worn condition, with a pin slot, a tiny projection on both sides next to frame recesses, three rivet holes (two with rivets) and an engraved contour line. No metal coating has survived. The rear part of other examples of this form are rectangular and very much short shorter, e,g, DOR-8BCB6E and SF-016ED2. Length and width 26 and 26mm. 13th century.

Parts of four medieval folded sheet copper alloy rectangular buckle plates with pin slots, 13th - 14th century: - two rivet holes aligned longitudinally, one containing a rivet. Length and width 25.5 and 14.2mm. - three distorted and surviving as one part only, broken at the fold, with narrow frame recesses and one rivet hole near the inside edge: front part, c.30 x 12.3mm with 9mm-long area of transverse and oblique rocker-arm engraving next to the inside edge; c.27 x 11.8mm; c.21.5 x 10mm.

An incomplete copper-alloy pin of Early-Medieval date, c.AD 700 - 900. The pinhead is polyhedral, formed on a lozenge-shape, with multiple ring and dot decorations on each of the six sides. A Medieval cast copper-alloy padlock slide key dating to the period c. AD1100-1500. The bow is lozengiform with crude, angled knops at the apexes with a basic lozengiform perforation. The front face depicts, in medium relief, a male bust, half-facing left. He has thick, bunched hair surrounding his face, and appears to be smiling. A large flint core nodule found in the River Exe, dating to the Neolithic period, c. 3000-2200 BC. The core retains a large amount of its yellow white cortex. It is formed of a dark brown grey flint, which is visible across the ventral face. There are large removals in this area, and these are formed in a regular pattern suggestive of possible blade manufacture. An incomplete Medieval single loop D shape buckle, dating to c AD 1350 - 1450. Part of a folded metal sheet buckle plate is attached and the wire pin is in situ but bent across the frame at 90 degrees.The sub rectangular section loop projects downwards and the frame probably has a narrowed recessed strap bar but this is obscured by the plate. The plate appears to taper but has an early break c 10mm from the fold on the strap bar and so it is uncertain.
