An incomplete post-Medieval sheet silver cuff link element (c. 1662-c. 1750). Lewis 2013: Form 1, Type A. Treasure case no. 2019 T686. This pressed cuff link element is circular in plan and the edge is down-turned (bevelled) at an angle of about 45°. At the front, a raised design within a plain border is in the form of two hearts side by side with a crown above. The front has a stippled background and is worn. An incomplete Neolithic polished stone axehead (4000 BC-2351 BC). This axehead is made from a metamorphic stone with a high silicate content. This is the butt end which has a transverse break and tapers from the break towards the pointed rounded end. It is pointed oval in cross-section. The axehead has a smooth polished surface and is dark brown with lighter brown bands. The break is worn. Length: 80.7mm; width: 64.2mm; thickness: 27.6mm. Weight: 175.56g.

A complete post-Medieval copper-alloy ram-rod (c. 1800-c. 1900). This object is 'T'-shaped and circular in cross-section throughout its length. The handle is also circular in cross-section. The shaft is almost uniform in diameter but from the handle it expands very slightly towards the piston. The end is cone shaped with a flattened base. The base has a small circular depression. About mid-way along the shaft a collar has a diameter of 12.8mm. The object has a patchy mid-green patina. An incomplete post-Medieval sheet copper-alloy hinged object, possibly from a box, casket or a book (c. 1500-c. 1700). This object would have consisted or two separate parts. The surviving part is roughly shield-shaped with the remains of an iron spindle or axis bar. A circular openwork perforation at the centre measures 6.4mm in diameter overall. There is a circular hole at each corner. One contains a complete copper-alloy domed headed pin or rivet, another contains the remains of a copper-alloy pin or rivet and the other is empty. A cast lead handle in the shape of an anthropomorphic bust with a probable Post-Medieval date circa AD 1700 - 1800. The face of the bust represents that of an African male, with a broad nose, thick lips and oval shaped eyes. The nose and lips have been damaged / flattened probably by ground cultivation. The bust's right eye may have been deliberately moulded to suggest that it was missing. The hair on the head of the object has been fashioned into horizontal lines down to the back of the neck.
