Copper alloy unidentified object of unknown but not recent date, trapezoidal and tabular i.e. with flat broad faces, gently tapering sides, one end concave and a small projection from the centre of the other. In overall form it bears some slight resemblance to a medieval strap end such as various examples shown on Egan and Pritchard 1991, fig. 93, but clearly it is not one, being cast in one solid piece. Length 26.5mm. Width 16.2mm. Thickness 6.4mm.

Post-medieval copper alloy shoe buckle frame with the embedded ends of an iron spindle. The form is similar to that of Whitehead 2003, no. 654 but all of the front face is moulded with quatrefoils, squares sub-divided by three grooves and, at the corners and at the centre of the sides and edges, squares with concave sides. Length 30mm. Width 26.7mm. c.1690 - c.1720.

An incomplete cast copper-alloy mount, strap fitting or key handle possibly of Medieval date (c. AD 1250-1450). The surviving frame is one side of the loop that is oval in cross section and has bevelled outside edges. At the base, a raised rectangular collar extends on either side to a projecting rectangular-shaped plate with a stepped plate. Neither side of the object is decorated. The object measures 36mm in length, a maximum of 15.5mm in width and a thickness of 2.5mm. It weighs 3.72 grams.

The buckle pin from a late Medieval to early Post Medieval (1400-1600) copper alloy 'locking buckle'. The attatchment point of the buckle pin is rectangular in plan measuring 12.2mm by 8.1mm and oval in cross section with an oval hole allowing it to attach to the buckle crossbar. A flat triangular pin projects 7.3mm from the attachment. The buckle pin is 16.9mm long, 12.2mm wide, 5.2mm thick and weighs 1.99 grams The pin comes from a locking buckle which are thought to be associated with purses. A complete cast lead-alloy seal matrix dating to the Medieval period, c. 1200-1300. The matrix is circular in plan, with a rounded suspension lug at one edge of its upper face and a dimple at its midpoint. The underside of the die has been well cut with the central design of a fleur de lis within an inner border, surrounded by the inscription: S'ELIEONER CATORIS. Incomplete medieval copper alloy buckle plate dating to the period c. AD 1200 - 1450. Trapezoidal in shape; the front edge exhibits two projecting curved tabs which would have wrapped around the strap bar. Both tabs terminate in old breaks - the lower plate is missing. The plate is bordered by an engraved wavy line and has five counter-sunk rivet holes, probably for decorative rivets. See: Egan & Pritchard, 2002, p. 110 - 113.

A copper alloy stirrup-shaped, medieval finger ring. The ring rises from the shoulders into a pointed bezel that is oval in form. The setting is empty. One side of the bezel has a V-shaped notch while the other side runs straight across. An incomplete cast copper-alloy buckle with integral plate dating to the Medieval period, c. 1250-1400. The buckle frame is 'D' shaped, extending back into a tapering sub-triangular plate with a circular aperture at its front edge (to accomodate the pin) and two smaller apertures further along its length.
