Three Medieval body sherds, from different vessels. One large, flat, everted rim sherd, fabric colour is fairly uniform, with a slightly darker, purple colour wash over the exterior, small quartz inclusions, sparse density, wheel made. Width 76.9mm, Height 35.0mm, Thickness 7.4mm, Weight 54.01g. A small, wheel thrown, body sherd of Midlands Purple Ware, c AD 1300 - 1500. Fabric fine, with no inclusions, but a number of voids, dark in colour. Interior has a smooth purple wash over its surface, while the exterior has a darker, more mottled, purple glaze over it.

A wheel thrown, medieval base sherd, from a Midlands glazed vessel, dating from cAD 1300 - 1500. The fabric is fine with few inclusions, the interior surface has a light purple colour wash over it all, and the exterior is plain with remains of a purple glaze just below the break. Height 61.2mm, Width 55.3mm, Thickness 10.4mm.
