A post-medieval lead-alloy token, dated 1659. Powell Type 2 depicting initials, I A H. The obverse of the token has a central motif resembling a coffee pot or a bell, with the date 1659 (16 to the left of the motif and 50 to the right). The reverse side has the initials I A H arranged in a triad. The H initial appears to be seriffed on the bottom, with the two serifs joining. Both sides have a raised border. An incomplete lead-alloy toy or souvenir of Modern date (AD 1838-1911). The object is a miniature replica of the Coronation Chair, or St. Edward's Chair, in Westminster Abbey, which was commissioned by Edward I to contain the Stone of Scone. The object has moulded decoration, including lions at the base of the throne's legs (three are remaining) and quatrefoil and arched decoration on the sides. A complete lead or lead alloy shot dating to the Post Medieval period (AD 1600-1800). The object is spherical with a shallow circumferential casting seam and a small casting sprue. It has a light grey to white patina. It's weight suggests it would have been fired from a pistol. Simnilar examples recorded on the PAS database include: NARC-41E8A1; NLM-B219B7; and HESH-0B6B4E. The overall dimensions are as follows: 13.67mm in diameter and 12.7g in weight.

One half of a very worn Medieval copper alloy flat pointed-oval seal matrix. Only half remains and the break is very straight, indented from both sides and worn suggesting it was cut. While indents suggest there was a central design, possibly a standing figure or animal, and legend, it is too worn to identify what this was. On the back there is the remains of a worn lug at the remaining point, presumably the top of the matrix. A complete lead object of uncertain date and function. The object is sub-conical in form with a flat base and the remains of a casting sprue around the base. It has a light grey to white patina. It has been suggested that lead objects of this form are Early Medieval gaming pieces belonging to a game known as Hnafatefl. However, owing to the long use of lead objects in the archaeological record and the lack of stratigraphic context the object could also be a weight. Unclear lead alloy folding implement or possibly a toy. The piece has an outer case or sheath formed of a strip of lead sheet bent in half to create a long U-shaped piece, one long edge pushed closed and the other left open and with a cicular lead alloy rivet through 'open' short end. An incomplete, copper alloy, Roman head stud brooch, AD 75-150. The brooch comprises the head and part of the bow. The pin, foot and catch plate are missing. The wings of the brooch are formed of two rolled copper alloy sheets that are rolled into a cylinder wrapped around a copper alloy hinge rod. A copper-alloy fragment of a medieval buckle fitting or hinge. It is made from sheet metal, roughly rectangular with a central slot cut from one side to create two flat tabs either side of the pin-bar swivwl joint. One tab is complete being rolled round to form a tube where a pin bar would be held in place. The second tab is incomplete. The reverse sie has two tiny lugs on the surface where the leather belt would have been held. Length 18mm, width 26mm, thickness 0.4mm, weight 1.2g.
