early medieval copper alloy pin, 28mm long, 2mm in diamater (at shaft) and weighing 2.36g. The pin has an ovoid shaped head with a flat top, 8mm long and 7mm in diamater which is decorated all over with dot in incised ring motifs. The head sits on a rounded collar above the shaft which is partly intact. The pin is similar to SWYOR-2FFE70, SF-E19596 and NLM-66889C and to Flixborough type 131.

A fragment comprising the top half of an early Medieval openwork copper alloy stirrup strap mount of Williams Class A, type 8, 29.8mm in length, of tapering sub-triangular shape. The mount has moulded Scandinavian-type decoration of complex form with a zoomorphic terminal, with five sub-circular holes in an arc below. Below these last, two further perforations, one to each side of a central panel, have broken through. A Neolithic flint knife. The knife is made from a tertiary flake of dark brown-black coloured flint. The knife is slender, plano-convex in section, and tapers from the butt to the terminal. The lower third of the flint is smooth and bears a mid-brown patina. There is little or no retouch along the sides of the brown area, which might suggest that this item was once hafted. There is a flat striking platform at the proximal end. Low-angled, scaled retouch is visible along both sides and tip. The retouch covers the surface of the tip, but not the main body below.

Medieval lead alloy seal matrix, 31mm long, 24mm wide and 4mm thick with a weight of 18.78g. The matrix is lentoid (pointed oval) in form and rectangular in cross section. The inscription reads SIGILL' : ALICIE : BEL 'the seal of fair Alice'. and surrounds a central 'fleur de lis' motif. The reverse houses a small sub rectangular projection behind its pointed terminal.

A small copper alloy mount, 19mm in length, in the form of a stylised animal mask with pointed triangular ears, wedge shaped eyes and a broad triangular snout. This mask is flanked by a pair of round pierced fixing lugs. The lower portion of the mask, under the snout, appears to have broken off. The reverse is concave. Probably Medieval.

Late medieval to post medieval copper alloy mount dating to the period c. AD 1450 - 1600. Slightly convex plate in the form of a scallop shell joined at the base to a trefoil. The shell is semi-circular with radiating triangular grooves extending to the edge of the plate. On the reverse are two integrally case pointed lugs. Similar mounts are illustrated in Egan and Pritchard (Egan and Pritchard 2002 Dress Accessories Boydell Press) No. 1083 which is dated to the latter half of the 15th century. A fragment of a copper alloy Post Medieval strap fitting or strap slide. The remaining portion of the front plate is flat and bell shaped, with deeply moulded foliate and scrollwork decoration arranged symetrically around a central stem and which is topped, in the narrowest portion of the frame, by a trefoil. There is a single bent and broken projecting lug which once joined to another on the now lost portion of the object.
