A Roman copper alloy finger ring fragment consisting of the bezel and the adjacent parts of the hoop. The hoop on one side protrudes by c2mm while on the other side it extends for c6mm, the tapered point having been bent inwards. The rest of the hoop is missing to old breaks. An incomplete copper alloy Roman Hod Hill brooch with side lugs dating from AD 43-75. The fragment consists of the bow of the brooch, the head, pin and catch plate are missing. The main section of the bow is trapezoidal in shape, with three ridges running down the centre. Contained within the ridges are traces of black residue, this is possibly enamel.
