A corroded and worn iron horseshoe fragment of a probable Anglo-Saxon date. The fragment consists only one arm of the shoe. This has a wavy outer edge and three punched nail holes. This is a Clark type 2A which dates to AD1050-AD1250 Clark J. 2004 The Medieval Horse and it's equipment. Page 86, 95-96.
