A complete cast copper-alloy mount or strap fitting, probably dating to the Post-Medieval period. The object is sub-rectangular in shape and cross section with slightly rounded edges. One end the plate consists of a square plate with stepped lower shoulders, just above which is a horizontal line of gilding. This extends via a narrowing to a wider rectangular plate with gently widening shoulders and a squared-off terminal. A cast copper-alloy single loop D-shaped buckle frame dating to the Medieval period (c. AD 1250-1500). The frame itself is sub D-shaped in cross-section with one expanded outside edge, bevelled outside edges and a slightly narrowed strap bar. The underside is flat and plain with bevelled inside edges. The pin is missing. The buckle frame measures 36mm in length, 24mm in width and 2mm in thickness. It weighs 4.94 grams. See Whitehead 1996, Buckles 1200-1850, p. 18, no. 40 for a similar example.

An incomplete cast copper-alloy hooked tag dating to the Early Medieval period (c. AD 600-1150). The tag consists of a flat oval plate with two circular perforations close to the upper edge. Projecting from the centre of the lower egde is a broken integral semi-circular-sectioned hook that is missing its terminal. Both faces of the plate are undecorated. It measures 13mm in diameter, 0.5mm thick and weighs 0.46 grams. The tag is of Class A, Type 2 as per Read 2008, pp. 14-19.

A complete Roman cast copper-alloy nail cleaner, Baldock type, dating to the period c. AD 43-200. The nail cleaner is leaf shape and flat with rounded sloping shoulders, and is bent inwards approximately two thirds down the plate. The attachment loop projecting at one end is sub triangular in shape with a circular perforation through the centre of the plate close to the end. The terminal at the other end consists of two pointed prongs, one slightly longer than the other, that create a central notch. A very worn and clipped silver sixpence of Elizabeth I (AD 1558-1603) dating to 1582. Obverse: crowned bust facing left, probably with rose behind. Reverse: shield on long cross fourchée with 1582 above. Both the obverse and reverse legends are heavily clipped. Probably Tower of London mint. The flan is bent inwards on the obverse along an axis of 12 to 6 o'clock.
