An incomplete copper-alloy Early Medieval (Anglo-Saxon) sleeve clasp of Hines form B12, dating to AD 450-500. It consists of a sub-rectangular bar which has a raised rectangular panel at each terminal end and its centre. The ends and the edges of the central panel are very worn. The front face of the central panel has a four-petal engraved motif, which bears traces of gilding. A copper alloy mount dating from the medieval period, probably about AD 1200 - 1400. It is sub-rectangular with an expanded oval plate in the centre, and a small oval plate at each end, each terminating in a pointed knop. Raised collars divide the terminal plates from the rest of the mount and there is an empty rivet hole in the centre of each of the terminal plates. A medieval copper alloy mount, probably dating to c. AD 1150-1450. The mount comprises a central circular boss with a convex front and concave reverse. The front of the boss has a circular central piercing with squared off edges on the upper surface, c 1.8mm x 1.8mm.
