A Medieval (1200-1400) strap end of copper alloy composition (as evidenced by substantial greening), with remaining elements of silvering. The object is narrow and thin, tapering from 10mm at the widest surviving part to 7mm at the narrowest. An incomplete, cast copper alloy (with a high white metal content), pyramidal bell probably of early Roman date, AD 43 - 200. It is hollow, of square cross-section, with tapering sides rising to a square collar at the apex, above which is a flat, rectangular projection with a circular perforation for suspension. There is an integral projecting band of beading around the base. Each face is plain apart from two narrow incised lines running up each edge of the face. A medieval (1200 - 1400) gilt copper-alloy probable strap fitting, perhaps a bar mount with integral loop. The object comprises a rectangular bar, trapezoidal in cross-section, being bevelled on the upper surface and flat to the reverse, which at one end flares into the flat, circular loop. The bar contains one in situ separate copper alloy rivet c4mm long, bent backwards and upwards and to the right (as viewed from the back with the loop at the top). An incomplete, lead alloy whistle, in the form of a steam train (c. 1850 - 1950). The whistle is formed from a cylinder narrowing at the plowing end to form a D-shaped hole at the rear. At the opposite end (the front of the steam train) is a round cap with the remains of a suspension loop at its centre. An incomplete copper-alloy Roman brooch of the bow and fantail type, dating from AD 50 - 150. Only the bow and fantail survive. The lower bow flares into a triangular fantail. The catch plate remains in place in the centre of the reverse, but the turnover is missing. The fantail is decorated with a three triangular cells with red enamel filling the field. Length: 19mm; Width: 11mm; thick: 4mm; Weight: 1.57g. A very similar brooch is illustrated in Mackreth, 2011,Brooches in Late Iron Age and Roman Britain, volume 2, plate 59, number 12154.

An incomplete, cast lead alloy button of Post medieval date, about AD 1600 - 1700. It was a flat disc (now bent) with a casting seam and an incomplete attachment loop on the reverse. The front is decorated with an integrally cast design of a eight petalled flower. It is 23.3mm in diameter and 4.9mm thick. It weighs 6.02gm. A similar button is SOM-1E6D12 which suggests a 17th century date.

An incomplete Middle to Late Bronze Age copper alloy sickle, probably dating to c. 1500-800 BC. The surviving fragment comprises a sub-triangular, curving section of the blade, tapering into an abraded point at the tip. Both edges are similarly abraded.
