An Post-medieval copper alloy buckle, in two parts and with surviving plate, probably dating to c. AD 1500-1650. Originally comprising of a symmetrical frame of two oval loops, only the central bar and, in a separate fragment, the outer edge of one loop survives. The central bar is flanked by two knops, and with corrosion from a presumed iron pin now holding a separate copper alloy buckle plate in place. This is sub-piriform in shape, with a probable trilobed terminal lost to abrasion. The buckle plate has a central circular perforation, and is cast with foliate or 'vine-scroll' decor…

A Medieval copper alloy buckle plate, probably dating to c. AD 1250-1450. The plate consists of an undecorated sub-rectangular sheet of copper alloy with an escalloped attachment end; the latter perforated with a central circular rivet hole. Traces of corrosion on the internal face suggest the plate was orignally soldered to a forker spacer. Dimensions: length 24.9mm; width 15.6mm; thickness 0.8mm; weight 1.47g. cf. Egan & Pritchard (1991: 143) nos. 659-662.

An incomplete Medieval copper alloy strap end, probably dating to c. AD 1250-1450. The strap end consists of a folded rectangualr sheet of copper alloy, with a deliberately expanded gap within the fold. The plate is perforated five times, with the attachment end truncated in line with two of these perforations. The strap end has been decorated on both sides with a double-stranded border of adorsed triangles. Dimensions: length 26.7mm; width 25.3mm; thickness 3.7mm; weight 3.74g. cf. Egan & Pritchard (1991: 158-160) nos. 745-756.
