A Post-Medieval copper alloy strap fitting, probably dating to c. AD 1600-1700. The fitting consists of a central lozengiform boss within a scrolled border, with this temrinating in two opposed volutes at either longitudinal end, with a trilobed moulding projecting from between the scrolls. The reverse of the boss is concave, with two integral rivets projecting from the reverse. Dimentions: length 33.9mm; width 13.4mm; thickness (excluding rivets) 3.8mm; weight 4.35g.

A Medieval to Post-Medieval copper alloy strap fitting or belt hook, probably dating to c. AD 1450-1550. The fitting consists of a transverse rectangular loop, with an incomplete rearward curving hook projecting from its base, truncated by an old break. Dimentions: length 41.4mm; width 5.2mm; thickness 9.5mm; weight 9.95g. cf. similar objects on this database, e.g. DOR-3ED86E, amongst others. Such strap fittings are suggested by Williams (2018) to be associated with the use of framed purses; the use of which was largely limited to the 15th and 16th centuries.

A Medieval copper alloy bar mount or strap fitting, probably dating to c. AD 1100-1500. The mount consists of a central perforated lobe from either side of which which projects an arm with perforated terminal; each retaining a separately made copper alloy rivet. A series of incised parallel, transverse lines on the less abraded arm creates a corded appearance. Dimentions: length 17.2mm; width 7.0mm; thickness (excluding rivet) 2.0mm; weight 0.66g. Compare similar mounts published by Egan & Pritchard (2002: 212, fig. 133), excavated in medieval contexts from London.

A Medieval copper alloy mount, probably dating to c. AD 1150-1450. The mount comprises of a central circular boss with a convex front and concave reverse. The front of the boss is decorated with a series of transverse ridges, each scored perpendicularly creating a corded appearance. Expanding from either logitudinal end of the boss is a perforated circular lug, each holding a separately made copper alloy rivet in situ.
